Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the establishment of business indicator system for e-commerce advertising, attribution of short-term anomalies, and interpretation of long-term trends 2. Combine advertising delivery mechanism and e-commerce scenarios to optimize delivery strategies and models, support experimental evaluation, and improve platform monetization efficiency 3. Abstract the data needs of customers in the advertising process, and precipitate them into functional modules of data products to empower merchants 4. Build layered data operation strategies for brands and small and medium-sized merchants to help achieve customer growth
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, statistics and economics majors are preferred, and in-depth analysis experience and capabilities in e-commerce related fields are preferred 2. Master solid statistical principles, be familiar with common data analysis methods, and follow strict logical forms in analysis reports or special research 3. Be able to quickly understand the business and discover the connection between business details and data when facing new projects, have the ability to complete target decomposition 4. Collaborate with business parties (PM, operations, technical development) to independently follow up on complete projects, and be able to judge and coordinate the priorities of multiple requirements 5. Proficient in SQL, familiar with database tools, and understand data warehouses and data visualization 6. Strong stress resistance, communication, coordination, and promotion capabilities, proactive, and willing to think
