Responsibilities
1. Based on the understanding of product growth business, be responsible for growth-related data management, follow up data collection, core indicator construction, and dashboard construction and maintenance 2. Conduct lead growth analysis based on data construction, conduct lead quality assessment, analyze and output corresponding optimization strategies, and follow up on the implementation of growth actions and effect evaluation 3. Actively analyze and explore product functions and application scenarios, identify potential problems and opportunities by tracking and monitoring key data, provide data support, analysis reports, and problem-solving suggestions to provide data support for business decisions.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in computer science, mathematical statistics, mathematics, economics and other related majors are preferred 2. Have certain data analysis work experience, have experience in ToB commercialization and product-related analysis, have a certain industry background, and have been deeply involved in new business growth. Bonus points 3. Proficient in data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python/R, familiar with big data related technical applications such as Hadoop, Hive, Flink, etc., and can efficiently extract, clean and analyze data 4. Proficient in mathematical statistics methods and good logic 5. Have rigorous logical thinking ability and strong curiosity, and be able to deeply explore the value behind the data have good communication skills and teamwork spirit, and be able to collaborate with personnel from different departments to complete lead growth and evaluation tasks 6. Have strong learning ability and self-driving force, can quickly adapt to changing business needs and data analysis technology dare to express opinions, and can independently be responsible for the complete analysis of specific projects and get results.
