As part of the commercial team, Commercial Management Trainee will be exposed to the functions of marketing, sales, and e-commerce and will take on a variety of roles under these teams.
Commercial Management Trainee Program:
- 18-month intensive development program
- Understand the operation of commercial functions through rotations in Key Accounts, Trade Marketing, Brand Marketing, e-commerce etc.
- Opportunity to manage brands by yourself, from consumer insights understanding, developing innovative ideas, to an excellent execution of the plan.
- Build and execute sales strategies that truly resonate with our customers and consumers.
- Tap into the digital trend and learn how to leverage digital channels to further drive your brand and business.
- Aims at developing high caliber talents who believe in Reckitt's purpose, fight and compass and with strong passion in health & hygiene industry
- Provide the MTs with challenging roles & real responsibilities from Day 1 and they will go through rotation assignments to develop a comprehensive understanding and network in the business
- On-going exposure to senior leaders in the company; a mentor from the leadership team to provide you with career/personal advice
- Relevant classroom training apart from on-the-job development to accelerate your growth
- Coach by leaders and engage in customer management and below-the-line promotion development
- Actively participate in top-to-top business planning, regular scorecard review as well as operation management
General Qualifications & Requirements:
- University graduates in any disciplines
- Less than 2 year of full-time working experience
- Strong passion in developing career in FMCG
- Exceptional communicator, adept in conversation and writing.
- Analytical in thought, able to derive meaningful stories from numbers.
- Agile and ready to adapt, thriving in our lively and ever-evolving work environment.
- Demonstrated high learning agility
- Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese
