Responsible for the design of product promotion activities, commercial activities and reward resource delivery, ensure the execution and promotion of the plan, and track the effect of the activities for iterative optimization 2. Responsible for the tracking and analysis of the overall situation of each activity node of the project, promptly deal with various problems that may arise, and regularly prepare summary reports on activity evaluation and optimization 3. Deeply cooperate with level and numerical planning to optimize the product novice experience and retention, and help improve the retention and game payment data of the core gameplay single game through appropriate system mechanisms and functions, and appropriate reward delivery 4. Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of the current payment strategy of the game, optimize system output, pricing and content, payment cost performance, etc., expand the commercialization space of the game, and enhance the user payment experience 5. Understand the market trends of the industry, continuously optimize the form of activities, explore new types of activities, and regularly put forward product optimization suggestions and operation strategies.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, 5 years or more of experience in game event planning or commercialization, experience in strategy card, ARPG, or competitive product development is preferred 2. Be sensitive to data, have user awareness, understand and identify the real needs of players through various means, and provide guidance for game design and event design 3. Have good adaptability, be able to respond and handle sudden problems encountered during operations in a timely manner, and have experience and thinking in daily refined word-of-mouth operations and accident handling 4. Have strong stress resistance and team communication skills, good oral and written expression skills, be able to write various event design and analysis documents, and have strong summary and induction.
