Commercial Platform Product Manager - Performance Direction

1. Responsible for the demand research and strategy assessment product construction and planning work in the direction of commercial sales strategy, including but not limited to policy assessment process design, policy incentives, sales policy insight analysis, etc. 2. Understand the sales performance assessment system and indicator configuration tools, build a systematic product solution, and ensure accuracy and iteration efficiency 3. Discover problems and opportunities through data analysis, user research, etc. 4. Abstract underlying capabilities and build general capabilities.

1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 1 year of product work experience, CRM platform design experience, majors such as computer science, mathematics and statistics are preferred, and proficiency in SQL and other data query tools 2. Have good data sensitivity, be able to see problems and find opportunities through data, and maintain a strong sense of awe for data disclosure 3. Have good logical thinking ability, insight into user needs, strong learning ability, adapt to high-intensity challenges, and have a strong sense of responsibility 4. Have good communication and self-driving ability, seek the best solution in a complex business environment, coordinate resources to promote project implementation, and be responsible for the results.
