Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the commercial product planning and promotion of the Tomato Matrix APP, pursuing the joint improvement of user experience and commercial value, and continuously increasing media revenue 2. Refined optimization of performance advertising strategies, including traffic strategies, style interaction, delivery conversion funnels, etc., to increase overall advertising revenue 3. Optimize budget efficiency by industry, including funnel optimization and building new marketing fields by industry to enhance customer value 4. Deeply cooperate with user products on each end, maintain the iteration and innovation of advertising product functions, and explore new monetization models.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 2 years of experience in commercial products, experience in end monetization is a plus 2. Good commercial product design ability, comprehensive understanding of advertising mechanism, professionalism in any direction of product form, style interaction, recommendation strategy, and understanding of the work in other directions, with practical experience or innovative contributions in their respective fields are a plus 3. Good empathy and cross-team communication and collaboration skills, able to think about problems from multiple perspectives of media, customers, and users, and find the best decision in the world 4. Good logical thinking ability and data sensitivity, good at thinking, with both rational analysis and perceptual judgment, able to lead the business to continuous innovation and breakthroughs.
