Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the design and promotion of the client-side bidding strategy of Massive Engine, performance data analysis, and responsible for the overall bidding strategy and effect 2. Understand the bidding advertising delivery mechanism, have a certain understanding and thinking of the basic strategy, be able to see the essence through the problem and provide solutions 3. Timely collect promotion feedback from the market, customers and business teams, and refine product optimization suggestions to promote continuous iteration and optimization of products 4. Promote the design, technology, testing and other related teams and cooperation departments to complete product development on time, launch high-quality products, and achieve product goals.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 2 years of Internet advertising experience, with advertising strategy/bidding strategy and other related experience preferred 2. Able to independently complete demand research, data analysis, strategic product design work, with project management capabilities, and team management experience is preferred 3. Careful logical thinking, meticulous work and patience, good communication, courage to challenge, good at analyzing and solving problems, good self-management ability 4. Strong communication and understanding skills, strong data sensitivity and analysis skills, and the ability to analyze and solve problems independently.
