Responsibilities
1. Cooperate with product, data science, and marketing science teams to study industry creative delivery methodology, build creative diagnosis and insight products, and be responsible for market promotion 2. Study talent marketing methodology, build native advertising talent marketing delivery/insight products, and be responsible for market promotion 3. Improve the production quality of AIGC through content strategy, tag research, and clustered content understanding capabilities 4. Define high-quality materials, effective materials and diverse materials, design GTM strategies, and improve the health of the creative ecosystem.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, with a bachelor's degree in art, data science, business analysis and other related majors 2. More than 5 years of creative strategy/commercial product operation background, familiar with delivery texture/creative strategy 3. Rich project management experience, including product positioning and data and methodology packaging GTM 4. Responsible for the GTM of at least 2-3 high-responsibility products and measure their value 5. Able to effectively manage multiple projects in global business, able to establish internal and external collaborative relationships, and work with key stakeholders across the organization 6. Having LLM, content labeling, influencer marketing, crowd targeting experience and data analysis capabilities are a plus.
