Responsibilities
1. Cooperate with the R&D team to plan and optimize the commercialization system of game products, including the overall commercialization architecture, pricing and resource allocation strategies, specific commercialization system implementation, etc., and be responsible for project revenue 2. Plan and optimize the operation rhythm, including the planning of commercialization, user activity and other activities, and coordinate resources between various teams to realize the planning and implementation of node and version events 3. Pay attention to and analyze the commercialization trends, new commercialization models and market distribution trends of market products, and output applicable new commercialization solutions based on actual project needs.
Qualifications
1. Those with commercialization experience in CM like and European and American light game products are preferred 2. Understand the characteristics, preference characteristics, payment psychology and other information of European and American users, and have strong data analysis and document writing capabilities 3. Have sufficient initiative and innovative spirit, keen insight and learning ability, and dare to explore and conceive innovative and feasible commercialization systems 4. Have experience in leading the planning and adjustment of game economic systems, user differentiation pricing strategies, and numerical delivery rhythms 5. Excellent expression and communication skills, and excellent teamwork spirit.
