Responsible for the design, scheduling and implementation of daily operation activities in Korean and other regions, and track the results of activities 2. Responsible for communicating with R&D and planning to align the core gameplay design of products and the control of game version content, follow up on version progress and content acceptance, locate problems and find solutions 3. Responsible for exploring the deep integration of community content and product content, and ensuring the publicity effect of game content through various means 4. According to operation data, user insights and data analysis, put forward corresponding product improvement suggestions, and formulate and adjust product operation strategies in a targeted manner.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, 3-5 years of experience in operating ACG, music, and female-oriented games 2. Empathy for users, able to accurately grasp user needs sensitive to game content, and able to deeply understand the user attributes and preferences of the projects being operated 3. Priority will be given to those with operating experience in Korean servers and other regions, plus points: fluent Korean 4. Sensitive to data, with strong logical thinking ability, and strong analytical and summarizing ability 5. Able to advance projects in a multi-person collaborative environment, with excellent self-motivation, teamwork ability, and cross-departmental driving force.
