Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the operation of the merchant matching strategy for the real estate industry of Douyin Life Service, optimize the efficiency of merchant matching, and increase the scale of matching 2. In-depth research on the online needs of different types of merchant matching talents and talent cooperation merchants, formulate corresponding optimization strategies, and implement the strategies to verify the benefits 3. Formulate the mechanism, process, tracking, review, dissemination and other landing operation means for the merchant matching, and optimize the internal efficiency of merchant matching 4. Draw the portrait of life service group buying experts, be able to stratify and cluster experts, and formulate differentiated matching operation strategies according to the matching needs of different real estate experts 5. Be able to independently be responsible for project operation, and do a good job in project management, review and process sedimentation.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 3 years of operation work experience, with life service provider matching, expert content operation, expert product operation experience preferred, and those with outstanding project experience preferred 2. Be able to deeply understand the business, be sensitive to business needs, have excellent logical thinking, data analysis and communication skills, and have a certain business thinking 3. Strong cross-team and departmental collaboration capabilities, excellent resource mobilization capabilities, promotion capabilities and project management capabilities 4. Have empathy, sense of responsibility, self-drive, and a strong sense of teamwork.
