This role is responsible for collaborating and coordinating with business leaders, internal Compliance & Legal team, and external partners to ensure Pfizer could collaboratively hold the highest compliance and ethics standard to secure the sustainable business success with partners.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors to conduct audit programs and follow through when needed
- Follow sound internal controls and monitor adherence to them
- Lead effective legal compliance programs and compliance-related projects and ensure adherence to regulatory standards
- Collect feedbacks from cross-functional teams within and across BUs/functions to continuously improve the processes and governance by following internal policy and external regulatory standards
- Audit processes, practices and documents to identify weaknesses
- Evaluate business activities (e.g., activity) to assess compliance risk
- Set plans to manage a crisis or compliance violation
- Educate and train employees on regulations and industry practices
- Address employee concerns or questions on legal compliance
- Keep abreast of internal standards and business goals
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in law, business administration, or a similar discipline
- 5+ years in Compliance, Internal Audit, with a strong emphasis on project management roles
- Prior experience working as a compliance manager or in a similar position CIA / CPA preferred
- Proven experience in the China pharmaceutical industry, particularly within MNCs
- Proficiency in industry trends, laws, and regulations
- Outstanding analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
- Proven influencing capabilities with communication
