Consent & Permit Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) monitoring, ensuring compliance with regulatory and stakeholder requirements.
• Manage government authority communication and ensure all consent and permit requirements are tracked and updated.
• Ensure seamless transfer of permit requirements from construction to operations.
• Implement and maintain the Environmental & Social Management System (ESMS) and ensure ongoing compliance.
• Support E&S reporting and communication with lenders and stakeholders.
• Lead the development and execution of the Permit & Environmental Compliance Strategy and regularly report to the CEO and project stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years in offshore wind permitting, consent, or ESG, with strong knowledge of Taiwan's regulatory landscape.
• Proficient in environmental and social governance practices within offshore wind.
• Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and proficient in Microsoft Office.
