Manage wind farm construction sites, starting with the construction of access roads, crane platforms, and foundations, through to the installation of wind energy converters.
Oversee and enforce occupational health and safety protocols on the construction site.
Supervise and support the client's subcontractors while coordinating with our own subcontractors.
Ensure the construction process and quality meet internal standards.
Perform QA inspections, on-site measurements, and take over completed work in construction and electrical engineering trades.
Provide continuous reporting to Project Managers.
Oversee and manage the installation of wind energy converters.
Assist both the client and the company project team in preparing for local authority inspections.
Support the commercial department with contract and claim management.
This is a regional position within the APAC region, requiring frequent business travel.
Requirements:
Degree in Electrical or Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Self-confident and highly proactive individual with a team-oriented mindset.
High flexibility and geographical mobility, with a willingness to undertake international business trips.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience in project management, preferably within the wind industry.
Proficient in basic Microsoft applications (Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint).
Excellent English language skills; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
