Responsibilities
1. Identify and optimize the workflow of the content design team 2. Develop relevant strategies through data to measure, track and improve content quality, clarify optimization directions, and improve the consistency of content experience of international short video products 3. Work with product and R&D teams to develop relevant innovative features to improve design processes and improve efficiency 4. Integrate feedback from partners to improve cross-functional collaboration and design efficiency of the international content design team 5. Plan, write and manage relevant documents, including project profiles, processes, knowledge bases and other SOPs 6. Manage multiple projects, determine priorities based on the needs of stakeholders in different time zones, and support content quality control and optimization. 1.Identify and triage areas for optimization within the Content Design's team workflow 2.Develop strategic and data-driven initiatives to measure, track, and improve content quality and consitency 3.Work closely with the various product and engineering teams to develop innovative features that enhances design processes and boosts productivity 4.Integrate the feedback from partners to improve the cross-functional collaboration and design efficiency of the internationalized content design team 5.Plan, write, and manage documentation including project one-pagers, processes, wikis, and SOPs 6.Manage multiple projects, determine priorities according to the requirements of international partners in different time zones, and support content quality control and optimization.
Qualifications
1.Excellent English written and spoken skills 2.Experience working on domestic and overseas products, collaborating with international partners in different time zones, and embracing diverse cultures 3.Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, able to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment, and stay focused with changing requirements 4. Experience in working with product management, product design, marketing, development, legal and localization teams 5. Familiar with the functional characteristics and related user experience of international short videos 6. Bonus points: experience in content design for C-end products and localization project management. 1.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English 2.Proven experience working on global products, collaborating with international partners across time zones, and embracing diverse cultures 3.Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment 4.Highly organized, curious, self-motivated, and detail-oriented 5.Self-starter capable of managing multiple projects in a dynamic environment, maintaining focus amid changing requirements 6.Experience in content design for consumer-facing products, preferably those with technical mobile and web tools.
