Content Operation - Author Strategy Direction

Responsible for the overall operation of the platform's CPS talents, including but not limited to cooperation models, growth strategies, maintenance of top talents, etc., and responsible for the scale and health of talents 2. Collaborate with business, product and other teams to build a full-link management mechanism and capabilities for talents, improve the signing, creation, operation and other processes, and improve the operating efficiency of talents 3. Through research and data analysis, grasp the core demands and pain points of talents, integrate platform resources from multiple parties, and provide reasonable solutions.

1. More than 3 years of platform operation experience, those with experience in talent operation and agency operation are preferred 2. Have a deep understanding of the business, be able to think from an industry perspective, innovate development directions, and open up the business path for creators 3. Have the ability to integrate resources and cooperate in business, with clear logic, strong execution, and strong self-drive.
