Responsibilities
1. Based on transaction value and content value, define high-quality e-commerce content standards for different genres, evaluate the rationality of high-quality standards through qualitative and quantitative methods, conduct effective standard and strategy iterations, and enhance merchants understanding of high-quality content 2. Build a content supply traction mechanism, improve operational capabilities such as content mining, supply and demand analysis, event planning, and effect evaluation, iterate commission incentive strategies, and increase the supply scale of high-quality content 3. Responsible for the coordinated integration of internal content distribution mechanisms, design solutions with product development, ensure that the content distribution of high-quality creators forms a positive cycle, continuously explore better content guidance, and help establish users e-commerce planting and consumption mentality 4. Responsible for coordinating the overall progress of the project, running through the full-process operation mechanism, verifying and precipitating high-quality content methodology, and investing in industry-specific scenario applications.
Qualifications
1. 5 years or more of experience in Internet content and author operations 2. Familiar with the Douyin platform and the mainstream platform ecology, and have a keen sense of current popular information on the Internet and have a relatively clear understanding and grasp of user needs, and have experience in systematic output content strategy is preferred 3. Excellent communication, collaboration and project management skills, strong pressure resistance and resilience, able to grasp the key points to solve complex problems, and long-termism 4. Sensitive to data, good at data analysis, good at discovering and mining data value can use data to measure the quality of their work, and continuously iterate and optimize.
