Responsible for the content operation of real estate video/live broadcast category, explore the characteristics of high-quality and business opportunity content, design content standards, and provide guidance on content creation direction 2. Collaborate with products and algorithms to improve the scale of expert submissions and traffic through content supply, distribution and other strategic optimization 3. Understand the various creation tools and activity gameplay on the market, and improve creation efficiency and supply scale through innovative operation methods.

1. More than 3 years of experience in content, with experience in successfully building vertical content communities preferred 2. Have content awareness, understand content mining and distribution logic, and have experience in working with products and algorithms preferred 3. Have strong logical analysis skills, data-based operation experience, and have a high sensitivity to content.
