Responsibilities
1. Based on Douyin Life Services, combined with data & category differences & user demand analysis, discover the key content features that affect the production-distribution-consumption link and formulate standards 2. Promote video function products & recommendation strategy products, launch work diagnosis, case guidance, traffic incentives and other means to guide authors to produce works that meet the standards, improve the supply of high-quality videos for Life Services, and optimize traffic strategies to enhance the user-side content consumption experience 3. Promote the content algorithm and review and annotation team to complete the construction of content recognition capabilities and implement them through processes such as case annotation, model training, and quasi-call verification 4. Collaborate with the data team to do a good job in the daily data infrastructure related to content strategy, establish a monitoring and comparison mechanism, and iterate content recommendations in line with business development.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, 5 years or more of content strategy/ecological experience, familiar with the Douyin platform and content ecology, and have experience in content ecology strategy and content model in content communities and content PPs. Experience in systematic output of content rules and strategies is preferred 2. Strong content sensitivity, familiar with the current status of high-quality content production, distribution and consumption of major content platforms have their own aesthetics and understanding of high-quality content, and have excellent content judgment 3. Have strong logic and data sensitivity, be able to understand user needs through data, conduct content research, and formulate content strategies 4. Have excellent communication and collaboration skills, strong self-drive, rich project management experience, and be able to independently promote projects with multiple parties 5. Cheerful personality, love life, love travel, eating, drinking, playing and other activities, be curious about new things, be proactive, be able to quickly get started with new tasks, and have a certain ability to withstand pressure.
