In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.
Job Responsibilities
- Remittance transaction operations and account processing in New Taiwan Dollar (TWD)
- Handling of bill operations
Requirements
- Familiarity with computer skills in Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
- Typing speed of 50-75 words per minute in Chinese and English
- Good communication skills and enthusiasm for work
- Proactive and values teamwork, willing to collaborate with others
- Preferred certifications: Financial Market Knowledge and Professional Ethics, Foreign Exchange Personnel, Banking Internal Control Personnel
