Job Description
- Income document review/calculation
- JCIC checking
- CDD check / Fraud check
- OD renewal review
- Phone verification with customers
- Incomplete document follow-up
- Appeal case handling
- Card limit adjustment review
Requirement
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Familiar with Microsoft word and Microsoft excel
- Basic English reading & writing ability
- Patience and able to work under pressure
- License of / is a plus
