My client is looking for a Corporate Affairs Lead to manage key corporate affairs initiatives. This role is essential in shaping the company's reputation, leading strategic communication efforts, and supporting long-term business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving CSR initiatives, managing relationships with key stakeholders, overseeing crisis management, and enhancing community engagement efforts.
What You'll Do
- Corporate Affairs & Stakeholder Engagement: Monitor key policies and industry trends, advocate for the company's interests, and build strong relationships with government bodies, industry associations and strategic partners to support business objectives.
- Communication & Crisis Management: Lead internal and external communication strategies, manage media relations, oversee social media and community engagement efforts, and develop crisis communication plans to protect the company's reputation and ensure unified messaging during issues or crises.
- CSR Initiatives: Drive CSR strategies that align with the company's goals, lead CSR initiatives and employee volunteer programs, and measure the impact of CSR efforts while ensuring integration across operations and functions.
What You Bring
- Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree or higher in Communication, Business, or related fields, with a minimum of 15 years of experience in corporate affairs, communication, sustainability, or similar roles.
- Expertise: Proven track record in managing communication strategies, stakeholder relationships, and public relations, with a strong background in crisis management and CSR programs.
- Leadership: Demonstrated leadership in managing teams, overseeing budgets, and driving cross-functional collaboration to achieve business goals.
- Skills: Strong strategic thinking, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
