A global law firm is seeking a capital markets associate for its Hong Kong office. In this role, you will have opportunity to work on a mix of HK IPO, US IPO and SPAC deals. Candidates will have a JD or LLM from a top US university as well as a US qualification. You will have gained at least 2 years experience from the capital markets practice of a reputable international law firm and possess strong prospectus drafting skills.
