Taiwan Mobile is looking for a highly skilled and motivated M&A and Strategic Investment Associate to join our dynamic Corporate Development team. The team manages a portfolio of US$250mn+ strategic investments focusing on consumer tech, mobility, telco & tech, gaming & content, and renewable sectors.

**Strategic Planning:** Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement M&A and strategic investment strategies that align with our long-term objectives.

**Market Research & Target Identification:** Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential acquisition targets and strategic investment opportunities.

**Due Diligence & Financial Analysis:** Lead due diligence processes, perform financial, operational, and strategic assessments, and develop detailed financial models.

**Deal Structuring & Transaction Management:** Negotiate and structure deals, oversee all aspects of the transaction process, and collaborate on integration plans.

**Portfolio Management:** Monitor and manage the performance of acquired companies and strategic investments, providing regular updates to senior leadership.

**Stakeholder Communication & Relationship Management:** Prepare and present reports to senior management, and build strong relationships with investment banks, legal advisors, and other stakeholders.

**Qualifications:**

**Education:** Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field. MBA or CFA preferred.

**Experience:** 5+ years in M&A, investment banking, consulting, private equity, equity research or a related field.

**Skills:** Strong financial modeling and valuation skills, in-depth understanding of M&A processes, excellent project management and negotiation skills.
