Description
The primary responsibility of the corporate English trainer is to deliver tailored training courses to a variety of corporate clients, in both online and in-person settings. The focus is on enhancing trainees performance in their workplaces through professional skills development and language training.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Deliver training to a high standard to meet or exceed client expectations.
- Provide individual feedback and coaching sessions to address any gaps in trainee performance.
- Analyze diverse trainee needs and respond swiftly with appropriate developmental solutions.
- Offer regular and timely feedback on trainee performance.
- Participate in ongoing trainer development activities.
- Ensure that trainee language and skills development is documented in assessment situations.
- Collaborate to deliver workshop content to a high standard with colleagues.
Assessment and Administration
- Regularly negotiate with trainees to produce formative assessment reports.
- Create accurate and well-formatted formative reports for client review.
- Develop needs-specific course plans that meet company and client standards.
