POSITION SUMMARY
- Own brand strategy & implement of marketing programs for key Viatris Brands in Taiwan
- Develop therapeutic area and brand strategy, drive product growth and manage product lifecycle, forecast revenue and operating expenses of assigned brands
- Ensure the realization of revenue (Topline) and profitability targets (Bottom line)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Launch new products and lead launch-related tasks, launch program planning and execution, engage stakeholders and coordinate resources
- Initiate, execute and review brand plan, and cooperate with the sales team to achieve sales targets
- Analyze market trends on the basis of external data and coordinate with sales team to keep up-to-date competitive market intelligence and ensure the proper implementation of agreed product strategies
- Initiate and review promotion budgets and ensure promotion expenses are within the budgeted allocation
- Prepare monthly product forecasting and coordinate inventory planning with the supply chain team to ensure the proper supply of finished goods and samples
- Cross-functional brand leadership across field force, key accounts, medical, legal, regulatory, PR, pricing, market access, etc.
- Develop materials for the sales force to support effective sales and educate sales representatives on the company and competitor products
- Create and manage digital channels to deliver updated knowledge to HCPs
WORKING RELATIONSHIPS
- Report to Group Brand Lead
- Collaborate with Sales team, PAPCMA & Pricing Strategy teams, Medical Affairs, Supply, Finance and HR functions
- Establishes and maintains partnership with KOLs
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- 3-5 years pharmaceutical experience including sales, medical affairs, or marketing
- Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree or MBA desired
TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
- TOEIC score above 750, proficient English speaking and writing skills
- Solid academic knowledge on TA and products
