Creative Visual Designer - Douyin

1. Responsible for the product visual/creative activity design of Douyin payment and wallet 2. Control and enhance the visual temperament and brand tone of related products, and build a good reputation in the industry 3. Efficiently support growth conversion activities/functions, promote AB experiments of design solutions, and verify the incremental value of design to the business 4. Deeply understand the business model, gain insight into user demands and aesthetic tendencies, create user memories of popular activities, and shape new user knowledge 5. Output design summary and methods to promote the improvement of the team's professional level.

1. Bachelor degree or above, graduated from design-related majors, with experience in Internet design and project management 2. Be sensitive to cutting-edge design trends, and have excellent creative thinking, graphic design skills and visual expression 3. Have in-depth thinking, excellent strategy and proposal capabilities, as well as systematic design ideas and be good at accumulation and summary 4. Be able to accurately understand business needs, pay attention to data, and actively experiment to explore the value of design solutions for business transformation 5. Have a sense of ownership and business development thinking, actively explore design opportunities, and coordinate the promotion of self-driven projects 6. Excellent communication skills, open-minded, able to cooperate and collaborate smoothly with various teams, and influence upstream decisions from a professional perspective.
