1. Responsible for the creative visual work of Douyin's life service business, including market communication and content operation activity design, formulate creative plans, create main visuals, and improve design details 2. Pay attention to design trends in the industry, participate in the formulation of overall visual language standards, and effectively improve the quality and effectiveness of external communication 3. Insight and analyze design trends, study the aesthetic tendencies of target users, and customize design plans that are in line with the experience and creative.

1. Bachelor degree or above, 2-3 years or more of visual design experience, and a certain understanding of brand creative thinking 2. Able to independently complete the main visual concept creativity online and offline, and be able to provide systematic and high-quality visual solutions 3. Passionate about creative design, with good project communication and teamwork skills 4. Integrity and high ambition. Bonus points: 1. Special skills such as illustration, 3D, and motion effects are particularly outstanding 2. Experience in independently completing H5 event creative design 3.
