In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.
Job Description
- Overall responsible for the Applications support and systems setup in DBS Taiwan, manages the entire Technology Applications in the Bank both on Operations and Project delivery, to support the following operations services and projects:
- Manage Country tech application hosted in Taiwan or Region and major support on credit card system.
- User requirement management and analysis for project implementation/new enhancement.
- System change management
- Manage system change request in DBSTW internal CI/CD system
- Manage system change request in DBSTW internal change management system
- Collaborate with DBS internal party to deploy system changes and support BU to do Live verification
- Production Incident management and issue diagnostic.
- Application/System Security management (vulnerability fix / security patching /ISCD)
- Project management (contracts, SOWs, delivery etc).
- Obtain contracts /SOWs approval for system enhancement/ project implementation
- Obtain budget approval for project implementation and process improvement.
- Obtain support from related internal and external parties according to project organization structure.
- Manage project implementation and process improvement within agreed budget, scope, and time.
- Manage user testing and sign-off. Manage procedure update.
- Manage management reporting and escalation.
- Ensure compliance to DBSTW standard and policy as well as Group standards and regulatory requirements.
- Deployment of applications systems to support business and units in the Bank.
Requirements
1. Possess experience in developing credit card systems and familiarity with business knowledge.
2. Self-driven with strong analytical, highly numerate, problem solving, communication (verbal and written), good interpersonal and organizational skills.
3. Ability to work independently around tight deadlines in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
4. Experience in Business Intelligence and workflow will be a plus.
5. Degree in Banking/Finance, Business, Mathematics/Statistics, Computer or related disciplines.
