ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
ؠSupport to Senior Manager, Bureau Process to participate and manage the Multiple Credit Reference Agencies Project
ؠParticipate the regular project working discussion with key stakeholder such as the Project Manager, System team, Business Team, Operation Team, Credit Team, Compliance & Legal etc to finalize the required change or action
ؠPrepare the drafted relevant required document to be submitted to various project team for action. For example, Business Requirement Document, Procedure, Governance Document etc
ؠPrepare the progress update or project walk thru presentation to senior management if required
ؠSupport and prepare the required documentation or assessment for the Vendor Management with Supply Chain Management, ICS, Data Privacy Officer, Compliance & Legal for the agreement/Contract sign off
ؠSupport and participate the discussion with Business for the client communication arrangement to ensure the notification is compliant to the regulatory required
ؠSupport and prepare the testing scope, testing case and perform the testing during the User Acceptance Testing window
ؠDevelop the end user computation or program to facilitate the testing during the testing window
ؠEscalate up the progress for the UAT and discuss the solution with the System team or other process stakeholder for any defects observed
ؠAdvice to Senior Manager, Bureau Process for any potential risk in system solution, operation process, testing and production rollout etc
ؠWork with System team, Bureau team, Operation team and other relevant stakeholder on initial data load to be submitted on time
ؠSupport and perform the User Verification Test upon the production rollout
ؠPrepare the Process flow or Procedure to the new bureau process under MCRA
ؠUpdate the project progress, testing result to project working team and senior management from time to time
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
ؠWith Banking experience especially in Bureau handling or unsecured lending is preferrable
ؠGood communication with stakeholder and excellent skill to engage the stakeholder
ؠResponsible, enthusiasm. Pro-active
ؠGood writing skill
ؠSkilful in Excel, Word, PowerPoint is required, SAS language is preferrable
