Responsibilities
1. Define and implement the strategy and roadmap of CRM AI products 2. In-depth understanding of market needs and customer pain points, and develop product requirements documents (PRDs) 3. Work closely with sales operations teams, technical teams, data scientists and designers to ensure that product development meets market needs 4. Responsible for product life cycle management, from concept design to product launch and subsequent optimization, conduct market research to ensure that products are competitive 5. Monitor product performance and user feedback, continuously improve product features and user experience, organize and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery 6. Keep up with the latest trends and technologies in AI and CRM to promote product innovation.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing or related fields 2. At least 3 years of product management experience, especially in the field of CRM or AI, with a deep understanding of AI technology, familiar with technologies such as machine learning and natural language processing (NLP) 3. Have excellent market analysis and user research capabilities, excellent project management capabilities, and be able to efficiently manage multiple projects and priorities 4. Strong communication and coordination skills, able to work effectively with technical teams and business teams 5. Have good problem-solving skills and innovative thinking, and be able to work independently in a complex environment. Bonus points: 1. Experience in autonomous agent system product management is preferred 2. Experience in large-scale data processing and analysis is preferred 3. Understand the latest AI research results and be able to apply them to product development.
