Responsibilities
1. With professional knowledge of CRM system architecture, provide solutions and feasibility suggestions in a fast-paced environment and work with the development team to ensure that products are delivered on time and meet the needs of the internal sales team 2. Responsible for the process and function design of CRM related products, define product roadmaps, write product requirement documents, and build high-quality basic data on customer accounts and customer-sales relationships 3. Work closely with the internal sales team to collect and analyze sales processes and business needs 4. Manage the entire life cycle of product development, including project planning, progress tracking and risk management work closely with the development team to ensure that products are delivered on time and meet high quality standards 5. Product indicator monitoring & analysis, cooperate with relevant teams to quickly identify problems and continuously iterate product functions, and pursue the improvement of key product indicators. 1. Qualifications
15B 2 3 4 5 1.Bachelor degree or above, with 5 years or more working experience in B2B products, and it is preferred to have industry experience in advertising and other commercialization (native life, creative, e-commerce, etc.) 2.Have experience in planning, designing and implementing platform products Be able to sort out complex business processes and consider the flexibility and configurability of product design Having experience in customer account and customer-sales relationship management is preferred 3.Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to effectively communicate with different stakeholders and drive decision-making 4.Sensitive to data, have good logical thinking ability and data analysis ability, and be good at using data analysis and improving the business 5.Fluent in English, able to write and communicate orally in English Overseas study or work experience is preferred.
