Responsibilities
1. As the product POC, connect with the takeout business team and coordinate with the production and operation team to undertake and implement the takeout CRM needs. 2. Independently responsible for the CRM capability building for the takeout scenario, including but not limited to lead opportunities, merchant development and entry, takeout customer management, takeout operation capabilities, data analysis for each role, and other product capability building. 3. Focusing on the development demands of the takeout business, meet the operational needs of each role, and be able to independently complete relevant product planning 4. Regularly conduct research and data analysis on the products in charge, and continuously promote product optimization and iteration.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, 5 years or more of B-end product experience, have a certain understanding of local life business, and have experience in the food delivery industry or CRM related experience is preferred 2. Have a certain understanding of the sales system, have good logical thinking and business abstraction ability, have good data analysis ability, and be able to independently complete product planning according to business needs 3. Have a good business awareness, have certain thinking and judgment, and be able to actively explore product improvement points 4. Have a strong sense of responsibility and self-driving ability, and need strong teamwork ability.
