Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the sales manager direction of local CRM and the demand research and management of the operation strategy platform, including but not limited to management path and strategy combing, manager version construction, insight attribution analysis of key modules and scenarios, strategic recommendations, etc. 2. Understand the business model, BD operations and management routes of local life catering, to comprehensive and other industries, deeply explore and combine business management strategies and paths to provide managers with clearer and more valuable data empowerment and strategic tools 3. Ability to continuously optimize products by combining data, behavior analysis, merchants and business feedback can undertake complex projects or requirements and promote implementation efficiently.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, with more than 5 years of work experience in merchant products or platform products 2. Have certain experience and understanding of internal platform products, have good business perception, familiar with platform product design, and can understand the characteristics of front-line sales users well 3. Have data-oriented ability, be sensitive to data, and have experience in data platform construction or data analysis 4. Love to work in the life service industry, have passion for work, strong logic, and have team spirit 5. Have thoughts and interests in new life service Internet business models, and have self-drive.
