Job Description

  • Identify Digital Touchpoints: Analyze customer behavior and preferences to identify key digital touchpoints for product and brand promotion.
  • Develop Digital Channel Strategy: Devise and implement effective digital channel operation strategies to drive awareness and consideration for our products and brand.
  • Content Creation: Create engaging and relevant content tailored to each target segment to increase engagement and drive conversions.
  • CRM Program Management: Implement CRM programs aimed at increasing product exposure among existing members and strengthening customer relationships.
  • Martech Expertise: Possess knowledge and experience in CRM martech projects to leverage marketing automation tools effectively.
  • Marketing Automation: Execute marketing automation programs to streamline processes and enhance customer engagement across various digital channels, including social media, Line OA, and email.

The Successful Applicant


  • working experience in FMCG is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in CRM management and digital marketing, with a focus on customer segmentation and targeting.
  • Strong understanding of CRM martech tools and platforms.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Creative thinking and a passion for driving customer engagement through digital channels.
