Job Description

Job Description

  • Answer customer calls
  • Receive visiting customers
  • Make orders and sample orders based on customer fax or email purchase orders
  • Keep in touch with the cutter and provide timely feedback to sales or customers for abnormal orders
  • Notify customers of outstanding orders daily
  • Prepare daily reports and report to relevant personnel
  • Summarize orders and do statistics every week
  • Provide customers with convenient and high-quality services
  • Complete other tasks assigned by superiors

Qualifications

  • 3years of relevant work experience
  • Be patient and meticulous in work
  • Good communication and coordination skills and team spirit
  • Proficient in OFFICE software, with certain report analysis and statistical capabilities
  • CET-4 or above, able to communicate with foreign customers by email and telephone.

EDUCATION:

  • College degree or above
