Customer Complaint Experience Operation - International Payment

1. Establish a problem discovery mechanism for customer complaint feedback, and improve the speed and accuracy of identifying centralized customer complaint problems by promoting system tool construction and improving the internal VOC/VOB feedback mechanism 2. Analyze and locate centralized customer complaint problems, promote the corresponding team to solve the problems, and jointly promote the reduction of customer complaint rate 3. Deal with sudden abnormal problems, link upstream and downstream teams to complete short-term and long-term plan formulation, and track the development and resolution of abnormal problems 4. Produce regular Customer Insight reports and promote experience optimization projects and needs as the person in charge.

1. Bachelor degree or above, 3 years or more of experience in Internet customer complaint operation and experience (VOC/VOB) operation, familiar with key indicators and experience operation methods in the field of customer complaints 2. Excellent cross-departmental communication and team communication and collaboration skills, strong sense of responsibility and ownership 3. Strong data analysis ability, excellent English writing and communication skills 4. Experience in payment customer complaint operation and cross-border e-commerce customer complaint operation industry.
