1. Responsible for the implementation of customer development management rules, track problems and risks in the operation process, continuously review the operation effect of customer management rules based on data analysis and business communication, propose improvement directions, and continuously optimize the operation mechanism 2. Regularly output customer analysis reports and customer operation support workflow SOP, and make continuous iterative updates 3. Responsible for constraining and determining the customer development attribution of the commercial advertising sales team, and evaluating and managing the risk level of customer development.

1. Candidates with experience in Internet customer management are preferred, and those with experience in advertising commercialization are preferred 2. Have good communication skills, business empathy, and be able to think about and solve problems from a business perspective 3.
