Overall Responsibilities
- High level understanding of unique customer and consumer needs to advance activation that fosters stronger customer relationships and results
- Working closely with sales, marketing teams, and the category management/shopper insights
- Develop insight-driven, tailored campaigns and annual marketing plans that meet internal and external objectives
Shopper Marketing
- Serves as the marketing expert across assigned channels/outlets, with the ability to leverage channel and brand strategies
- Uses category, shopper and outlet specific insights to identify opportunities and generate channel specific annual marketing plans and budgets
- Provides strong thought leadership to shopper behavior-based decision making, adding value to current sales and marketing plans
- Align with sales to forecast promotional performance and analyze results with key KPIs and ROI
- Ensure programs and contract terms are leveraged to their fullest potential
e.g new product launches, exclusive items, consumer promotions & wine fairs
- Translates brand plans and insights into actionable customer marketing plans & sales strategies for channel activation
- Maintains strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to influence decision making
Education : University or above, major in Marketing and Communication or Business Management related.
Languages : Proficient in English
Professional experience & know how :
- 3-5 year experience in trade or customer marketing/ brand marketing at multi-national companies.
- Experience in luxury / FMCG industries is a plus
Technical & management skills :
- Good commercial sense with good knowledge of brand management
- Strong project management skills: planning, organizing and execution
- Strong creative and strategic thinking
Personal & interpersonal skills :
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Able to work in a changing environment
