Customer Marketing Specialist

Job content:

• Propose creative ideas to develop promotional products or other marketing tools (such as LINE, FB, IG) to promote insurance product marketing.
• According to the company's marketing and product strategies, analyze competitive advantages, and package product marketing appeals based on customer profiles and needs.
• Participate in project preparatory meetings, package product selling points, assist in project implementation and plan project literature.
• Production of insurance product marketing documents, including product DM, product instructions, product feature literature, etc., communicating with the design, proofreading the promotional content, and completing the review process.
• Complete administrative and general affairs assigned by the supervisor.

Required personnel requirements:

• Have creativity, good communication skills and project coordination skills,
• Careful and responsible, with good teamwork.
• Familiar with MS Office and willing to perform administrative affairs and processes.
• Applicants with experience in community management and familiarity with drawing software are preferred.
