Customer Officer, Tuen Mun (6-month contract)

Your role

• To handle customers inquiries via phonecalls and multi digital channels, e.g live-chat, email, social media to ensure customers satisfaction
• To timely escalate to Unit Manager when the case is beyond his/her knowledge and authority or requested by customers
• To identify opportunities to sell or retain customers during interactions
• To perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned
• Shift duty within 09:00-19:00 / 12:00-10:00 / 14:00-00:00
  

To succeed in this role

• HKCEE/ HKDSE graduate or above
• Good communication skills and customer-oriented manner
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Knowledge of common PC software applications
• Knowledge of mobile products and services & willingness to perform sales duties will be an advantage
• Typing skills in Chinese and English at 30 words per minute
