Job Description
- Customer complaint handling and CAR disposition & follow-up.
- Customer audit arrangement and finding follow-up.
- Communication and coordination of quality issues with customer.
- Quality abnormal analysis.
- Regular report preparation and meeting with customer.
- Be the interface between customer and Kinsus on quality issue.
Additional Requirements
- PCB()1 Minimum 1 years of experience in quality assurance or manufacturing engineering in the PCB or IC Substrate industry. (e.g., Process Engineer, Process Integration Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer)
- PCB, Experience in PCB or IC Substrate industry in the areas of outgoing product quality assurance, process quality assurance, and familiarity with quality methodologies is highly preferred. Experience in internal and external certification audits or customer management is a plus.
- ISO 9001/TS16949 /VDA 6.3/QC 080000 Proficiency in ISO 9001/TS16949 quality methodologies, VDA 6.3, and QC 080000 is considered an additional advantage.
- Strong logical thinking, excellent communication and integration skills, and proficient in problem analysis and resolution techniques.
EDUCATION, Degree in a relevant STEM field, Bachelor's degree and above.
Language Requirements (TOEIC: 600) Fluent in English (TOEIC score: 600 or above).
