Job Description
To support customers for maintain warranty tool performance and resolve any h/w issue by highlighting from customers.
To start up with team mates for new h/w tool installation at customer sites.
To assist customers to resolve technical issue for out of warranty tool as billable service support.
To provide with troubleshooting knowledge base for customers to resolve any h/w problem relating to SPTS tool sets.
To routinely update issue troubleshooting progress and project update in the SPTS reporting system.
To be bale to independently work on the assigned project by site manger and proactively report the progress.
Proactively sharing the troubleshooting knowledge with the rest of team members.
To be willing to run shift duty works to support customers.
Minimum Qualifications
Master's Level Degree or work experience of 2 years , Bachelor's Level Degree fresh graduated or work experience of more than 2 years in h/w activity.
