Customer Service Expert (Experience Direction)

1. Responsible for the operation, maintenance and management of users in various channels, formulate refined operation plans, and improve user platform involvement and self-operation capabilities 2. Responsible for label correction and problem analysis, formulate refined operation plans, and improve efficiency through activities or product strategies 3. According to internal and external risk signals, identify management and control strategy loopholes, produce analysis reports, and continuously promote the iteration of upstream rules and strategies to ensure that risks are controllable.

1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 1 year of functional/support work experience, user operation experience is preferred 2. Have excellent activity planning ability, service and project promotion ability, have a systematic operation methodology, and be sensitive to data 3. Have a good understanding of the short video industry, have excellent communication skills and teamwork ability 4. Strong ability to withstand pressure and get results, and good self-learning ability.
