Job Description

[Responsibilities]

  • Manage Authorized Service Providers (ASP), including: evaluation, contract signing, training, performance management, effectiveness review, basic technical support, inventory management, and expense management.
  • Conduct service cost and benefit analysis, basic quality analysis, and data integration.
  • Operate relevant systems (such as Customer Service System, Oracle, etc.).
  • Handle daily operations, including pending RMA review, RMA TAT management, full-unit and spare parts management, and expense applications.

[Requirements]

  • TOEIC score of 700 or above.
  • Over 2 years of customer service experience.
  • Experience in managing a service center (preferably in IT-related industries).
  • Proficiency in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, basic functions).
  • Willingness to learn new products and technologies.
  • Strong communication skills (frequent communication with internal and external personnel required).
  • Able to work independently, attentive to detail, resilient under pressure, and possesses high emotional intelligence.
  • Able to propose improvement measures when facing problems.
  • Capable of data integration and analysis.
