Customer Service Specialist - Tomato Comprehensive Operations

1. Responsible for user feedback on potential high risks of Tomato user business, timely detection of warnings, and linkage with all parties to formulate solutions and follow up on disposal 2. Follow-up and resolution of high-risk feedback: Able to make objective judgments quickly, and handle feedback flexibly, effectively avoid risks while ensuring user experience 3. Professional support and feedback: Able to provide knowledge and skills support to customer service, help front-line customer service deal with difficult problems, and cooperate with service operations to feed back business difficulties.

1. Have a user experience perspective and service operation awareness, have an in-depth understanding of Tomato products, and have second-line customer service experience is preferred 2. Have the ability to learn quickly and have good communication and comfort skills, and be good at collaborating and communicating with external departments 3. Must have the ability to identify abnormal problems, and have certain experience and cognition in quickly locating problems and finding the best solutions in service.
