Customer Service Team Leader

1. Manage the customer service team, including but not limited to daily assessment and settlement, resource scheduling and cost planning, and be responsible for achieving the delivery indicators of the site/business line 2. Based on the terminal/product line/product/scenario, provide standardized solutions for agents to improve the team's customer response capabilities and customer experience 3. Based on the customer service system, provide agents with efficient tools to improve conversation efficiency and customer service intelligence level 4. Ensure that customer service delivery meets compliance and quality requirements.

1. Bachelor degree or above, with keen insight into problems and good logical thinking ability, product perspective, and the ability to solve problems through product optimization 2. Excellent management ability, mission-oriented, and able to achieve challenging goals 3. Ability to think about problems systematically and outstanding organizational and coordination skills, and the ability to promote cross-departmental collaboration from a global perspective 4. Strong industry foresight and breakthrough innovation capabilities.
