This position is for the individual with the right set of technical skills with creativity. A Customer Success Manager will be responsible for managing the projects from conception to delivery. They work very closely with our clients and the leaders of the company.
We are seeking for a CSM who possesses relevant experience of WordPress, DNS, Web development process and is a good team player who can work under pressure to meet deadlines. The candidate must be enthusiastic enough to be able to work with flexibility. Additionally, the candidate should have the ability to learn new technologies and communicate those concepts to customers with varying degrees of technical expertise.
The RoleInteracting with clients to understand the key requirements of business
Website building with a creative approach and activating social networking platforms for the clients
Assisting in selecting a right technology framework & discussing proposals with clients
A solid understanding of web development
Testing the website and identifying technical problems.
Act as a communication liaison between Technical Support, Customer Success and
Customers.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree is a must
3+ years of experience as Customer Success Manager
Must have knowledge of WordPress
Understanding of domains and how DNS for domains work
Basic understanding of how FTP and SQL connections work
Familiarity with Elementor, Figma, HTML, WordPress
Excellent communication skills
Analytical skills are a must.
The candidate must be good in speaking English and Chinese fluently
