Data Analyst - Customer Service Platform

1. Analyze the robot direction of domestic e-commerce merchants, be responsible for building the customer service data system related to merchant customer service/robot service, and improve the construction of data portal 2. Layer the solution capabilities of different merchants and different problem scenarios, explore the robot penetration space, and provide suggestions for strategy iteration 3. Regularly output special data analysis, such as identifying user online problems through characteristics of users, orders and behaviors, and improving the robot's solution capabilities 4. Establish a merchant portrait system to enhance merchants willingness and ability to use robots from the perspective of merchant empowerment 5. Responsible for experimental design and effect evaluation such as strategy iteration and algorithm launch.

1. Mathematics, statistics, computer-related majors, proficient in AB experimental design and application, bachelor's degree or above is preferred 2. Good at communication, strong business understanding, and strong interest in data analysis 3. Strong stress resistance, can be independent, firm and patient 4. Experience in optimizing product decision-making through data is preferred 5. Proficient in using Hive, proficient in SQL/Excel/Python/R and other tools.
