Data Analyst (Data Infrastructure)

1. Responsible for the construction of the business data system within the center, the establishment and maintenance of data sets, and improving the efficiency of data use 2. Work closely with the business, undertake data needs, effectively communicate and solve problems and demands of the docking business 3. Continuously monitor business indicators, interpret business progress, promptly discover problems and locate causes, and give strategic suggestions 4. Responsible for cross-departmental and cross-functional data alignment, and integration and improvement of indicator systems 5. Pay attention to the development of the industry and business, output analysis reports from a data perspective, and assist in promoting the implementation of strategies.

1. 3 years or more of data analysis experience, with experience in complex business data processing overseas background is preferred 2. Highly sensitive to data, clear logic, strong business understanding, able to gain business insights from data, and clearly understand business priorities and conditions 3. Strong communication skills and project promotion capabilities conscientious and meticulous, with a strong sense of responsibility, execution and teamwork spirit 4. Proficient in SQL, familiar with Hadoop/Hive, experience in using data visualization products, understanding of common quantitative attribution methods, and proficiency in Python or R is preferred.
